Commercial EICR

A Commercial Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a comprehensive evaluation of a property's electrical systems, conducted by a qualified electrician or approved contractor. This assessment includes checking circuits outlets, and the main panel for defects, damages, and compliance safety standards. The report provides classifications for any issues found, such as C1 (immediate action required) or C2 (action required), along with recommendations for necessary remedial actions. Regular EICR assessments are crucial to ensure the safety of electrical systems, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the identification of potential hazards in commercial properties.

Up to 10 Circuits - £225 + VAT

Each Additional Circuit - £30 +VAT
